Serious solutions to serious problems

Our nation is facing serious problems.

We have a spiraling national debt, a looming fiscal cliff for Social Security and Medicare, a bloated federal bureaucracy, and a dysfunctional welfare system.

My name is David Pan, and I am running for Congress to solve these problems by phasing out our welfare and entitlement programs and returning the money back to the people as a universal basic income of $16,000 per year for everyone 21 and older. My plan would eliminate the fraud and waste of our existing bureaucracy and save over $1 trillion per year. It would also guarantee current Social Security and Medicare benefits for everyone 37 and older while giving our young people a new system that provides them the freedom and the responsibility to make their own futures.
